The Crayfish (or Crawfish) snake is local to the Florida peninsula - Steve has spent his life searching for snakes as a hobby, but never managed to see one until now.  In fact, it took a call to our resident snake ID expert (also one of Steve's children) to find out exactly what species we were looking at!
